   This is a story about fresh and natural ice-cream "Skriveri home-made ice cream".

    

   Our company „Rozīne” is located in Skriveri and has been making wonderful home-made ice cream already for the fourth season. 

   We found our recipe, which grants unique taste and aroma for ice cream.

    We are a sincere and creative working team. We use imagination and work creatively to provide a unique ice cream flavor, while maintaining our belief in the fascination of the nature.

   We use fresh and high quality componenets - milk, eggs, sugar, starch and a little vanilla - to create our White milk ice cream - a pleasant adventure of taste!

   The product is unique with its additives - basically own grown fruit and berries. To offer a special treat we add to our ice cream genuine Italian espresso or Caribbean Rum, Riga Black Balsam, wine, beer.

   This all creates a playground for our taste-buds! Everything is real!

   And most importantly - no acidity regulators, no emulsifiers, no

   We want to accent that it is recommended to taste the ice cream as often as possible!
